About Our Warranty

RVpaws come with a limited lifetime warranty.

If your RVpaws fail due to a manufacturer’s defect we will replace them for free.
Additionally, if you bend the RVpaws under normal and correct usage, we will replace them for free.

Warranty coverage does not extend to Acts of god, misuse of product, improper installation
and damage from external events like accidents.

Return Information

If you need to return your UNUSED RVpaws within 30 days of purchase,
please contact our Customer Service at [email protected].
Be advised the product must be shipped back to RVpaws at your cost.
Once shipped, email your tracking number to [email protected] and once we receive the product,
we will issue a refund (less original shipping costs if your order qualified for free shipping).

Please note: If your RVpaws were purchased from an RV Dealer, Amazon, or other online source
we encourage you to contact them for your replacement/refund.
